Luke Puccinelli is passionate about helping commercial property owners realize their financial goals. To drive NOI, he recognizes the critical role of efficient processes and programs to generate ancillary income. He has extensive knowledge in deal-making, including new leasing, renewals, termination agreements, tenant relocations, short-term leasing, miscellaneous income opportunities, rent collections, vendor management, project management, capital management, and is proficient in platforms such as Yardi, MRI, Nexus, and Avid. With over 25 years of experience in retail property management, Luke successfully oversaw 16 million square feet of retail space as Director of Operations for Regency Centers Corporation’s East Region, among other roles. He has grown Puccinelli Management into one of the most recognized names in retail property management in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. The company oversees more Publix-anchored shopping centers than any other management company in the Richmond market. Every day, Luke leverages this in-depth knowledge to help Puccinelli Management’s clients maximize their portfolios’ performance. Luke and his wife of 27 years have three sons and a daughter. A former college football player, he has coached youth football for the Glen Allen Youth Football Organization for more than 10 years and was named a Hall of Fame coach. He previously served on the board of Comfort Zone Camps and is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
