Luke Paterson joined Swearingen as a market analyst in 2007, prior to moving into an associate broker position. During his time as a market analyst, Luke assisted on 100+ national transactions ranging from 2,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet in over 20 states. This time provided Luke with the market knowledge, skills, negotiating strategies, relationships, and national transaction management experience that are currently a key component of his success. Now, as an associate broker, Luke is responsible for developing new business relationships, national portfolio management and lease/purchase strategic negotiations for both local and national clients. Luke concentrates on providing valued clients with cost-effective solutions for their local and national real estate needs, with a strategic focus on research, construction/project management, web-based lease administration, accounts payable, space programming strategies, relocation services and tax incentive negotiations.
