Luke Molloy was the leader and co-founder of the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Services Group in Chicago before joining CBRE in 2018 along with twelve additional teammates. Luke and has been a top producer in commercial real estate over the past fifteen years completing some of the largest and most high-profile transactions in the marketplace. Luke specializes in tenant and landlord representation, specifically as it relates to strategies in complex urban environments. Luke also focuses on high street property sales and acquisitions and has been involved in over $1 billion of real estate and financing transactions.
