Luke Lee currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for Inspired Healthcare Capital. As CEO, Luke is responsible for the strategic growth and vision of the fund, and establishing operational priorities and providing leadership that will promote effective overall management of the fund. Luke has over 20 years of experience as a finance and real estate professional with a focus in acquisition, financing, valuation and analysis of healthcare real estate assets. Prior to his role at Inspired Healthcare Capital, Luke was a Vice President of Capital Markets at Transwestern where he was a healthcare consultant to private equity funds, REITs, operators and developers. Preceding Transwestern, Luke served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT and as Acquisitions Manager at Healthcare Trust of America REIT (HTA), a publicly traded REIT. While working in the REIT industry, Luke sourced and closed over $700 million in acquisitions, where he was responsible for building Argus models, underwriting acquisition opportunities and managing the due diligence process. Prior to HTA, Luke earned his appraisal license as a valuation manager at CB Richard Ellis, providing valuation and advisory services for existing and proposed commercial properties including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, hotels and special-use projects. Additionally, Luke achieved his CPA designation during his tenure at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he was early promoted to a manager within the firm’s Real Estate Advisory Group. Luke began his career at Raymond James as a financial analyst, where he attained his Series 7 and 63 licenses. Luke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with honors.
