Luke Ferzacca

Mr. Ferzacca joined the DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International team in August 2022. Before joining DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, Mr. Ferzacca worked in technology sales where he quickly rose through the ranks from Business Development Representative to Account Executive in nine months. Luke graduated from Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business with an emphasis in real estate. Since joining DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, Luke has successfully completed transactions totaling over $55 million, participating in tenant representation, buyer representation, owner representation, build-to-suit projects, and sale/leasebacks. Luke has built a strong track record of delivering value to clients. At the start of 2025, he transitioned from full-time brokerage to the asset management side of the business where he works closely with George Cibula and CFO, Erin Cibula. In his new role, Mr. Ferzacca participates in deal analysis, securing funding, strategic capital planning, and lender reporting. Mr. Ferzacca is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana.
