Luke Feldman, CCIM

Luke Feldman is a Founding Partner of Three Lions Real Estate Group and a Jacksonville commercial real estate broker specializing in office, retail, land, medical office and investment sales throughout Northeast Florida. He advises property owners, investors, tenants, and landlords on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing strategy, underwriting, due diligence, and negotiations. Luke is involved throughout the transaction process, from developing marketing strategy and pricing guidance to coordinating buyer outreach, broker communication, due diligence, and closing. His role is to connect qualified buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors to help create successful commercial real estate outcomes. Before Three Lions, Luke worked with NAI Hallmark in Jacksonville as part of the investment sales team, where he joined in 2017 to help build the firm’s investment platform. Prior to NAI Hallmark, he worked with Front Street, a boutique full-service commercial real estate firm later acquired by Avison Young. Over his career, Luke has completed more than $150 million in commercial real estate sales transactions.
