Luis Robles

Luis Robles brings a persistent, analytical, and influential approach to his Advisor role at Kiser Group. He focuses his energies on the Milwaukee market, connecting with active investors, analyzing transactions, and underwriting deals. With his positive attitude and hard work, Luis maximizes the resources available at Kiser Group to expand his expertise in the multifamily mid-market and to learn from some of the best in the industry. Luis began his real estate career as a property manager and a realtor. roles involved daily prospecting in residential sales, managing multiple apartment buildings, and negotiating deals. These experiences have been fundamental in developing his skills in client relations and transaction management. He is a Certified Commercial Investment member and is currently participating in the Local Initiatives Support Corporation’s Associates in Commercial Real Estate cohort 23-24. Luis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marquette University. He enjoys an active and enriching lifestyle centered around working out and running, cooking, and reading.
