Luchian Bercea

As a professional athlete, coach and member of the Romanian Air Force, Lucian Bercea has attained the traits necessary to be successful, including focus, determination, self-discipline, optimism, and a willingness to help others succeed. Now, he brings those traits to his career in the real estate industry, traits that are truly beneficial to his clients. Luchian knows that it takes self-discipline and focus to help his clients stay on track throughout their real estate transactions. He is able to help his clients through the process by remaining committed to their needs and truly wanting them to be happy with the end result, whether selling their home or buying their dream home. Luchian, who has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education and Sports, grew up in Romania arriving in the United States in 1996. Since then he has been a fitness trainer in New York and Florida, owning his own fitness center in Sebastian. He became a licensed Realtor® in 2016 and joined Dale Sorensen Real Estate in early 2019. He specializes in residential real estate in Sebastian, Vero Beach, and Melbourne Beach. Luchian and his wife and two sons moved to Indialantic in 2015. He still pursues his love of sports by playing golf and tennis and running.
