Lucas Denney

During his real estate career, Lucas has established a diversified background representing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. He has experience in sales and acquisitions, agency leasing and tenant representation. Lucas specializes primarily in the I-55 Corridor and I-80 Corridor that function as key logistics hubs for the nation, facilitating the efficient movement of goods across the Midwest. Prior to joining Colliers, Lucas was a broker with Neil Walter Company’s industrial group. During his tenure at the Neil Walter Company, Lucas facilitated the leasing and sales of industrial properties on behalf of private and institutional owners. Lucas graduated from Seattle University, where he received a BA and MBA from the Albers School of Business. Lucas was fortunate to be a member of the division I baseball team at Seattle University. Today, Lucas leverages his real estate expertise and the valuable lessons learned from his athletic career to excel in the business world, offering a dynamic and results-oriented approach to his clients.
