Luc Fluent
Luc Fluent is a sales associate with Pilot Property Group, specializing in the purchasing and leasing of industrial, retail, office, and investment properties throughout Southeastern Michigan. Luc has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Michigan State University with a Minor in Leadership. Luc knew commercial real estate was his calling and achieved his real estate license at the age of 18. He has worked at Pilot Property Group since then, even while attending Michigan State. Luc’s commitment to learning and his constant attention to detail allow him to navigate the most complex of real estate transactions. Since coming to work with Pilot Property Group’s Brokerage team, Luc has expanded his role to Pilot Property Group Property Management as well, where he co-manages with Dan Rubino. Luc’s main role in the management team is to be the leasing manager. Luc’s experience in the brokerage division has allowed him to maximize value on lease renewals for all of his clients.
