Luanne Lenberg

Ms. Luanne Lenberg serves as Penn-Florida Companies’ Senior Vice President of Retail Properties for mixed-use project currently under development and in the company’s future pipeline. In this role, she develops, plans and implements the retail merchandising strategy within the hospitality, residential, and other project components, as well as supporting the development and construction teams. Ms. Lenberg’s experience in ground-up development projects, leasing, asset management and property management allows her to add value to Penn-Florida’s various disciplines. Her industry experience also includes previous roles in commercial, mixed-use, lifestyle and luxury properties, as well as regional malls. Prior to joining Penn-Florida Companies, Ms. Lenberg served as Vice President & General Manager of Sawgrass Mills and Developer of The Colonnade Outlets, while also serving as Regional Vice President for The Mills Southeastern Region, comprised of 11 properties in six states. Ms. Lenberg spent several years leading Mizner Park, a notable and iconic mixed-use development in Boca Raton, and served on The Rouse Company’s ground-up development team for the Village of Merrick Park, a mixed-use residential, commercial and retail project located in Coral Gables. Ms. Lenberg holds an MBA in International Business from Florida State University and a Masters Certification in Supply Chain Management from Nova Southeastern University. She served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Retail Federation from 1999-2011, one of Florida’s most powerful lobbying organizations, and on Visit Florida’s Board of Directors from 2012-2016, as well as several non-profit organizations.
