Loyce has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. She graduated from the Cumbie Real Estate Institute, the Realtors Institute, and completed the Commercial Certificate Program III of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. She has served in numerous positions of the Rutherford County Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing System, serving as President of both. She served on the land acquisition board for the Rutherford County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, Rutherford County Housing Initiative, and the Foothills Consumer Credit Council. Loyce was presented with the Presidents Award in 1999 and 2015, Realtor of the Year Award in 2001 & 2012. Being a native of Rutherford County and with a background in the lumber manufacturing industry, has proven to be a tremendous asset in her pursuit of assisting buyers and sellers to accomplish their real estate goals.
