Louis Wenger

Louis Wenger joined Merlone Geier in 2019. His primary responsibility is to serve as project manager for owned assets in the Pacific Northwest region. Prior to joining Merlone Geier, from 2014-2019, Mr. Wenger was the Leasing Executive at Weingarten Realty Investors covering their Pacific Northwest portfolio of neighborhood, mixed-use, and core grocery anchored shopping centers. His responsibilities entailed the leasing and marketing of current assets, as well as assisting the acquisition and development teams to grow their presence in the region. From 2010-2014, Mr. Wenger was a retail leasing broker focusing on tenant and landlord representation in Washington and Oregon. Mr. Wenger graduated from Washington State University with an undergraduate degree in Sport Management and was President of his Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed real estate broker. He is resident in the firm’s Burien office.
