He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Country Bank (CYHC). He is a member of the executive committee, principal and founder of ValuExpress LLC , the New York City based commercial mortgage originator of securitized comercial mortgages in all 50 states and teritories of the United States . As President and CEO of Real Property Investors, Tallarini oversees a team of over 50 executives and staff. ? Over the course of his real estate career Tallarini has handled the acquisition, sale, financing and development of more then $2B in transactions in multi- family housing, hotels, office, industrial and multi use development sites. In addition to his real estate career of over 40 years, Tallarini is actively involved in various philanthropic causes and charities.? As Chairman of the Italian Language Foundation Inc. A 501 c 3 not for profit where he was a founding member he was responsible for saving the Advanced Placement Italian Language and Culture Course in the United States that was available to all American High School students. He solicited support from Italy through Prime Minister Berlusconi, The Columbus Citizens Foundation in New York and many other organizations raising over $3,000,000 to fund The College Board's Course. As former President and Chairman of the Board of the Columbus Citizens Foundation, he generated millions of dollars in scholarships for Italian-American students, and secured sponsorship from regions and industry throughout Italy (including Lombardia, Venice, and Campania, Finmecchanica an Agusta) to support the annual Columbus Day Parade. During his leadership the Franco Zefirrilli Scholarship for the Arts was created supporting art scholarships in New York for Italian students and in Italy for Italian American students. Louis Tallarini is a graduate of the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, and a proud United States Army 4th Infantry Division Vietnam Combat Veteran.
