Louis studied at the University of Illinois Chicago and DePaul University before acquiring his real estate broker license at the age of 21 and entering the challenging real estate industry. Louis worked at DeMoon Realty and Benchmark Realty before becoming an associate at Mid-America Realty Inc.where he stayed for 20 years. In 1999 Louis co-founded American Realty Services Inc. a full service real estate firm which provides quality representation to clients in all phases of the real estate business .Throughout the years he has represented home sellers, buyers, investors, and developers gaining a reputation as a professional, intelligent, fair, honest, and successful marketer and negotiator. Throughout the years Louis has had a great deal of success representing clients who had their own real estate licenses but realized the complexities and pitfalls of representing yourself in an ever evolving real estate market. Louis is successful because he really enjoys the real estate industry. Louis is grateful to say that with God's help he survived the three worst real estate markets since the great depression and and faced the challenges of the best markets the real estate industry ever had. Louis has been blessed to have experienced challenges in literally all phases of real estate in his 41 years as a licensed real estate broker and he is still in the business to help you with your real estate concerns.
