Louis Finocchiaro is a focused professional with over 28 years of commercial real estate experience delivering results for clients. Specializing in sales and leasing for owners and users of real estate in the Phoenix marketplace, Lou has repeatedly proven to be a results driven professional. Through hard work and dedication, he has established trust as an advisor and maintains long lasting client relationships through each transaction. Having worked for both national and local clients alike, Lou specializes in helping owners and users achieve their business goals through the commercial real estate transaction process. Before moving to Phoenix in 2003, Lou worked for a national CRE firm in Omaha, Nebraska. Lou is a long term GPEC Ambassador and is a former accredited member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) When he is not transacting deals, Lou is actively involved in his parish, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Scottsdale, spending time with his family, and volunteering in his community by coaching little league baseball and pop warner football teams.
