Lorraine Adney
As an independent broker for the last three years, Adney has represented retailers in leasing over 350,000 square feet in the Chicago market. Her many years of retail experience includes shopping center consulting and retailer representation assignments in national and international markets from Hong Kong to Palm Beach and Tulsa to Berlin. Chicago-based “and very Chicago proud,” Adney has helped shape the high-street retail scene in neighborhoods throughout the region. She arranged leases for over 25,000 square feet of space on Rush Street in the Gold Coast representing brands such as Rag & Bone and Versace. She also provided the catalyst for the retail boom on Southport Avenue with close to 17,000 square feet of deals including anchor Anthropologie.
