Lorin Schultz

Lorin joined CB Richard Ellis as an Associate in January 2005. Lorin's responsibilities include sale and leasing acquisitions and dispositions. Previously with Mogen Real Estate Company in Fairlawn, Ohio, Lorin secured purchases of substantial properties including two office buildings for owner/investment usage located in a corporate business park. Lorin also procured leases for commercial properties. As a broadcast journalist for NBC stations in Columbus and Youngstown, Lorin was awarded the Ohio State Bar Association's "Best Television Reporting" for excellence in reporting on the legal system and was a correspondent for Operation Desert Storm from Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany. Lorin has also received the Central Ohio Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists "Excellence in Journalism Award", the United Way/Bernard S. Abrahms Media Award for human service coverage on grassroots efforts to improve inner city life, and the Northeastern Ohio "Fairness in Media Award".
