Lori Bluett, resident of Granite Bay, California, is the owner of Bluett & Associates, Inc., Real Estate Consulting Firm and is the CEO of Juno Commercial Real Estate, Inc, a Commercial Real Estate Management Firm, as well as an Executive Director of Community First Bank and third party consultant to several National Commercial Real Estate Companies. Lori has directed and overseen the sales, acquisitions, management, leasing, asset management, discretionary fund set up, capital reuses and controls and risk management of approximately 150,000,000 square feet of commercial properties located throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, for private, institutional, fund and trust clients such as VMS Realty, Panattoni Development Company, Prudential Real Estate, Dividend Capital Trust, La Salle Real Estate Advisors and others. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Lori has led her field on all asset types including industrial, retail, office, flex, manufacturing and multifamily, ranging from government assisted housing certifications to Federal Housing NOFA grant coordination.
