Lora Munson is an executive vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. With over 30 years of industry-leading experience, Lora leads Hughes Marino’s Salt Lake City office and oversees the brokerage team throughout the Utah region. Lora has worked with clients in a multitude of industries and prides herself on delivering the best possible outcome for her clients on every transaction. She maintains decades-long relationships with her clients and unparalleled support for them on an ongoing basis. Lora has experience across all aspects of tenant representation, ranging from building acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suits, lease restructuring, early termination agreements, lease renewals, expansions and contractions, interior space programming and design, efficiency analysis and comprehensive financial analysis. Lora has unmatched knowledge of the region’s real estate market and has closed some of the largest transactions in the state of Utah ranging from 250,000 SF and up. Prior to joining the Hughes Marino team, Lora served as executive vice president at Colliers, where she was the head of the tenant representation practice group. Prior to Colliers, Lora held leadership roles at Cresa, Coldwell Banker Commercial and Prime Commercial. Lora’s dedication and commitment to represent occupiers, alongside her extensive experience across multiple platforms makes her an invaluable resource to the Salt Lake City business community. Outside of work, Lora enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fly fishing, reading, biking, hiking and enjoying the outdoors and all that Utah has to offer.
