Lon Lloyd, CCIM

Lon Lloyd is the Director of Investment sales at Champions DFW. He is responsible for working with investors and property owners to define their investment goals. Once these goals are identified, he will work with his clients to purchase and sell investment property that achieves these financial goals. Lon has held numerous management and investment commercial real estate roles in the DFW area since the early 1990s, and his depth of knowledge of this market dates back to when he was a student at Keller High School. “There is really no comparison between commercial real estate development in Southlake/Keller/Grapevine from the mid 1980’s to now. When I graduated from Keller High School we had less than 210 people in our graduating class. Keller now has four class 6A High Schools each with hundreds of students that will graduate this year, Southlake and Grapevine have experienced similar growth. The residential growth has created demand for commercial growth. The landscape has certainly changed from agricultural to suburban over this time.” Lon is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing.
