Logan Welch
Logan is an Associate with CBRE Capital Markets, specializing in the valuation of mid-to-large multifamily assets for private and institutional investors across Central and North Florida. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Welch was a Financial Analyst with Colliers Southeast Industrial Capital Markets, focusing on valuation analysis and market search for the Southeast U.S. industrial markets. Prior to joining Colliers, Logan was a full-time graduate student at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he studied Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate. Before moving to Chicago for business school, Logan spent eight years in the Washington, D.C. at Gartner advising C-suite executives across finance, strategy, and real estate and launching a customer success and delivery organization. As an undergraduate student-athlete, Logan studied Economics and played shortstop for the varsity baseball team at the University of Maryland, College Park.
