Logan Watch

As Director of Asset Management, Logan Watch is responsible for enhancing the value of the First Commercial portfolio of properties, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of First Commercial Realty. Logan joined the First Commercial team in the fall of 2018, transitioning from a career at Fiat Chrysler Automotive (2011-2018), where he served as Dealer Placement Manager in Franchise Operations. In this capacity, he was responsible for establishing new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat and Alfa Romeo franchise operations throughout ten states in the Midwest and Great Lakes regions. Prior to his move to Franchise Operations, he served as a Fleet Key Account Coordinator in Fleet Services. Logan is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Michigan and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University in 2011. Logan and his wife live in Clarkston, Michigan. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking and traveling.
