He has successfully closed a wide range of transactions and transaction types, and is knowledgeable in each step of the deal flow. Logan''s vast network of clients ranges from single-unit independent property owners and private investors to multi-unit franchise operators, corporate restaurant groups, National tenants, and publicly traded REITs. This expansive network allows him to benefit his clients by strategically positioning them with the most active pool of buyers and sellers. He is currently studying for his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Certification, and has studied restaurant, hospitality, viticulture, negotiation, finance, and real estate related courses at the University of Alabama, Cornell University, Sonoma State University, and Western Kentucky University (WKU).
