Logan Carbonari is an Associate Vice President of Commercial Investment Sales in Northmarq’s Los Angeles office, with a particular focus and expertise in sale-leaseback transactions. Carbonari partners with private equity firms, financial sponsors and business owners across various industries on their corporate real estate strategy. Prior to joining Northmarq, Logan was an advisor at Ascension/James Capital Advisors, where he began his focus on sale-leaseback transactions and servicing clients within the M&A space on their corporate real estate strategy. He was named breakthrough agent of the year in 2021 and received the Sales Recognition Award in 2022.
