Liv Jorgenson

Liv joined the Maverick Partners team in 2018 to specialize in retail leasing with a particular specialization in the hospitality/food and beverage industry, and has represented numerous restaurant operations throughout the Triangle Area. Since joining Maverick Partners, Liv has represented many impactful F&B operations including J. Lights Market & Cafe, Boxyard RTP, Peri Brothers Pizza, Blackfire Brewing, Craften, Soul Taco, Wye Hill Brewing, amongst numerous others. With a vast background in urban, retail management in Washington, D.C. coupled with a career in early childhood education, Liv brings a unique perspective to our team. Liv has a bachelor’s degree in Art History from George Mason University and a master’s degree in Education from The University of Virginia. She is actively engaged and connected in the downtown communities of The Triangle, and has volunteered for organizations such as Girls on the Run and the Real World program at Step Up Ministries.
