Lispah Hogan joined Newmark Knight Frank as a principal in 2002 to play a pivotal role in the firm's national expansion and direct its Houston office. Ms. Hogan is a 30-year commercial real estate veteran, specializing in tenant advisory. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Hogan was affiliated for 18 years with Julien J. Studley, Inc., as vice president and branch manager for the real estate brokerage firm's Houston office. Before her tenure with Studley, Ms. Hogan served in the commercial lending field, initially with First Freeport National Bank, and later as interim commercial loan supervisor for the North American Mortgage Company. Over the course of her career, Ms. Hogan has represented many prominent corporations in their occupancy needs, including Kaplan (191,000 sf), Southwestern Energy (162,000 sf), Symbol Technology (152,000 sf), American Exploration Co. (134,000 sf), System One (131,000 sf), Hartford Insurance (126,000 sf), MedTex L.P. (119,000 sf), Progressive Insurance (111,000 sf), Kelsey Seybold (109,000 sf) and ADP (69,000 sf). Ms. Hogan has extensive experience in numerous regions throughout the southern United States, particularly in Texas and Louisiana, where she has completed more than 17 million square feet of transactions. Ms. Hogan is a committee member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She has also held the position of secretary and treasurer of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) and past president of the Association for Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). Ms. Hogan is an active member of CoreNet. Ms. Hogan earned a BBA from Texas A&M University and is designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
