My career includes over 11 years of progressive technical project management at Southwest Airlines, where I was entrusted with some of the company’s most mission-critical initiatives. I led transformative programs including the enterprise-wide replacement of both the reservation and maintenance systems—projects that modernized operations, enhanced fleet reliability, and positioned the airline for sustainable, scalable growth. My work extended into international expansion and digital marketplace innovation, always with a strong emphasis on aligning technology with strategic business goals. At the core of everything I do is a spirit of servant leadership, a commitment to integrity, and a deep belief in building meaningful, lasting relationships. I lead with authenticity, always seeking to create long-term value and impact for my clients.
