Lisa Chasteen serves as Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing at LaPour. Within this role, Lisa is responsible for all aspects of leasing and asset management for LaPour. Over 20 years experience in the industry has cultivated her ability to maintain consistent year over year results with high occupancy, strong tenant relationships, modern TI design for new spaces, and a strong presence within the brokerage community. Lisa is involved in both NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) initiatives. Lisa provides keen insight into the current industrial market changes and combines her knowledge and developed skillset making strategic rate and agreement changes to generate higher profits and positive numbers.
