Through Lindsey Alexander’s strong relationships with national, regional and local tenant’s she has a proven track record leasing shopping centers and retail buildings for clients such as Kite Realty Group, Simon and Office Depot. During her tenure at Woolbright Development, Lindsey managed the West Coast and Boca Raton leasing teams that leased in excess of 250,000 SF in a twelve month period. Lindsey was also responsible for creating value through remerchandising and redevelopment opportunities within the company’s portfolio. In 2006, Lindsey was named one of the Top Women in Real Estate by the Florida Real Estate Journal.
