Lindsay co-founded OPEN Impact Real Estate, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), with a vision to revolutionize the real estate industry by offering innovative, purpose-driven solutions that empower organizations to align their real estate strategies with their core missions and values. With over 20+ year career, Lindsay has completed over 10 million square feet of transactions, serving leading corporations, nonprofits, and educational organizations. Lindsay has received numerous accolades, including Bisnow’s “PowerWomen” distinction, the REBNY “Young Real Estate Professional of the Year” award, and Commercial Property Executive’s “Female Leader of the Year”. Committed to giving back, Lindsay is involved in various organizations. She co-chairs the New York Advisory Council of the Dream Foundation, serves on the Executive Leadership Team of American Heart Association’s NYC Heart Challenge, is on the Real Estate Advisory Board of Yeshiva University, and is a former Chairman of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association. She has represented a broad range of clients including the Robin Hood Foundation, KIPP, Zeta Charter School, JPMorgan Chase and Li+Fung. Lindsay graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she founded the Women’s Varsity Golf Team and received the Kathleen Hall Jamieson Award for Highest GPA in Major.
