Linda Weppner

Linda Weppner is the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Bell Real Estate, a family legacy real estate company of 46 years in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Linda is a member of the Cheyenne Board of Realtors, Cheyenne Multiple Listing Service of which she is Past President of both & also Realtor of the Year. In addition, Linda is a member of the Laramie Board of Realtors, Laramie Multiple Listing Service, Wyoming Statewide Multiple Listing Service. In addition to her activities as a Broker/Owner of Century 21 Bell, Linda was an instructor for the Wyoming Association of Realtors & the Wyoming Real Estate Commission for 23 years. While certified in all areas, the courses most often taught by Linda were Ethics, Professional Standards & Mediation. Linda is a very committed member of the Cheyenne community. She is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she was selected as the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Woman of Influence and was both honored and humbled by being selected the Chamber's Person of the Year. Linda states her success in real estate has been a combination of several factors: willingness to obtain the knowledge necessary to serve her clients and customers, a work ethic instilled in her by her father and mother, a supportive husband and two daughters (one who is an attorney and one who is now General Manager of Century 21 Bell), a team of agents within the company, and a passion for the profession. Linda, personally, specializes in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing. Listing a property, developing the marketing, and interviewing prospective purchasers is the highlight of her day.
