Linda I Letourneau joins V/T Commercial and brings with her over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, development & construction. Linda is a natural when it comes to understanding deals, finding just the right space and keeping her clients best interest in mind. With her internal engine set on “go!”, she is an experienced, active commercial Realtor, providing service to clients throughout Vermont whose needs include office, medical, industrial, retail, multi-family, investment and occasionally residential. Linda’s colleagues and customers admire her passion for real estate, her efficiency & attention to details, her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, her creative marketing ideas, the easy going personality and the energy she puts in while networking relationships that facilitate successful transactions. Linda is a native Vermonter who grew up on a farm in the Northeast Kingdom and is a graduate of Champlain College. She is member of the Vermont Realtors Commercial Division, Northwestern Board of Realtors, and is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association. She devotes a significant amount of her time to support the business and nonprofit community in Chittenden County. She is an active volunteer at local non-profit agencies and a past Board Member of the King Street Center. Linda enjoys spending time at her home in Mallets Bay and at her camp at Winape Hills on Lake Seymour. She enjoys muddy 4 wheeler rides in the NEK, maple sugaring & bee keeping and watching NHL hockey games. She is a devoted Toronto Maple Leafs fan, but does admit to admiring the talent of Sidney Crosby!
