Linda Hessler

She has over 25 years’ experience assisting clients with their retail, office, industrial and residential assets throughout the United States. As a Broker and Senior Property Manager, Linda oversees leasing, tenant relations, financial accounting, and ensures that assets are maintained and performing to the highest standards. Along with her team of professionals, she strives to meet client expectations for asset performance and cost controls. Prior to opening Keegan Real Estate Services, Linda was the Designated Broker and Sr. Property Manager for KWP Real Estate Services Northwest, General Manager for the Seattle Design Center with a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of retail and commercial space. In addition to her career in property management, Linda was the Senior Asset Manager for MUFG Union Bank where she oversaw assets held in personal trust. This included the acquisition of real estate for her clients as well as the disposition of non-performing assets. Upon relocating to Washington in 1999, Linda joined Harbor Properties and had the opportunity to oversee the iconic Harbor Steps mixed use apartment, hotel and retail center as the Facilities Manager. This also gave her the opportunity to assist in the construction of Site 17 apartments as well as the leasing.
