
Linda Gonzales serves as a Vice President of CBRE, specializing in commercial real estate throughout Southern Nevada. With more than twenty-five years of experience, Linda has a remarkable track record of success, representing a wide range of clients from small businesses to large notable corporations. She is known for her client-centric approach, strong network of client relationships, exceptional negotiation skills, and expertise in maximizing value for her clients. Linda is an active participant in the business community, as evidenced by her membership in NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter, where she contributes to the Social Events and Community Service Committees. She places a high value on continuous education and seeks opportunities to enhance her skills. She has received scholarships from the esteemed UNLV Lied Institute of Commercial Real Estate and the Cultural Diversity Education Program (CDEP) through the CCIM Institute of Education. Linda also graduated from the prestigious inaugural class of NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Developing Leaders Institute (DLI), a program for which only twenty young professionals were selected. Additionally, she completed Anthony Robbins’ business strategy course in Leadership, Negotiations, and Self-Empowerment. Her industry contributions and expertise have led to nominations for the NAIOP Office Broker of the Year award in both 2021 and 2022, and she has received CoStar Power Broker Awards in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Linda is actively involved in her community, having served as the Ambassador for the Lululemon Run Club in Summerlin and as a member of the Las Vegas Track Club. Additionally, she has held the position of Tennis Captain for the Women’s League at The Ridges. Linda is dedicated to giving back, particularly giving to animals in need of medical care. She has supported organizations such as The Animal Foundation, Hearts Alive Village, Nevada SPCA, and the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). Linda dedicates her time to support various organizations, including The Shade Tree Organization, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Catholic Charities, Street Teens, and Shoes for Scholars, to name a few.
