Linda Chmar

Linda Chmar received a BS degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed her JD/MBA at Emory University. She has practiced commercial real estate law, representing developers, borrowers, owners and lenders, and also has extensive experience as a residential closing attorney. Linda regularly invests and develops commercial and residential properties and has been a serial entrepreneur in the fine arts and fitness industries. Ms. Chmar has been involved with real estate transactions since childhood, regularly touring properties for potential re-development with her general contractor father. As a Senior Director with the Wiedmayer Team, her mission is to truly connect with clients in order to deliver real estate services in a professional, creative and competitive manner.
