Liam Killie was born and raised in Sag Harbor, New York, a historic whaling village on Eastern Long Island known for its seaside charm. It was there, at a young age, that he developed an interest in real estate. While working in construction, building lavish beachfront mansions, Colonial Revivals, and quaint farmhouse cottages, Liam observed as developers from across the state purchased land and built spec homes, fueling the transformation of Sag Harbor into the bustling Hamptons market we know today. In the early 2000s, Liam moved to Manhattan to attend Marymount College. He earned his real estate salesperson license and began his career in rentals on the Upper East Side, a neighborhood with deep family ties dating back to pre–World War II. Beyond real estate, Liam has expanded his professional experience into hospitality, managing restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, which has allowed him to cultivate a wide social network and gain an insider’s view of New York City’s vibrant nightlife. Today, Liam resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn, where he continues to pursue his passion for real estate. He enjoys exploring neighborhoods, discovering new restaurants, and staying engaged in the dynamic New York City market.
