Lester Osborn
Lester, the founding principal of Piedmont Properties, has over 30 years of experience in all phases of real estate planning from site selection, valuation, project feasibility analysis, financing, development, and sale/lease negotiations. He began his professional career in the trucking business by working in operations and logistics for McLean Trucking and Southeastern Freight Lines. This experience led him to begin Piedmont Properties where he is able to better understand his clients’ needs and bring a unique perspective to each transaction. Lester is actively involved in 24 Hours of Booty, which raises funds and awareness for cancer survivors and research.
