Lesley Sheinberg

Ms. Sheinberg specializes in the investment sales and leasing of commercial properties throughout Florida and greater United States. She is recognized as an expert in office and medical real estate with extensive experience in retail and industrial properties. A seven-time NAI Merin Hunter Codman Broker of the Year recipient, Ms. Sheinberg joined the firm in 2003 after specializing in commercial leasing in New York City prior to relocating to West Palm Beach, Florida. Throughout her career she has completed over 2.6 million square feet (MSF) of investment sales and leasing transactions, including nearly 1 MSF in the medical sector, and has closed over $267 million in transaction volume. In 2026 Lesley was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a 2026 Influential Business Woman Honoree and has received the prestigious Costar Power Broker Award on multiple occasions. Her client list includes Baptist Health, Jupiter Medical, ChenMed, JP Morgan, Equus Capital Partners, and Lionstone Investments. Significant leasing transactions include Morgan Stanley-Smith Barney, Oppenheimer, Lydian Bank, ITT College, Dycom Industries, Bank Rate and AT&T.
