Leo Van Buskirk

Leo Van Buskirk, CPA, ASC is a Senior Associate at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage. His business consists of tenant representation and leasing of industrial assets within the Philadelphia Region. After completing his undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University in 2018, he furthered his education in pursuing a Masters in Accounting at the Pennsylvania State University. Upon graduation in 2019, he worked for Ernst & Young in their Risk Consulting arm where he advised multinational companies on their accounting practices and provided due diligence for his clients. Additionally, he received his CPA (Certified Public Accountant) License while at Ernst & Young and remains an active and licensed CPA. Leo held an internship with Black Creek Group where he participated in the creation of investment briefs for industrial property located in several core US markets including Chicago, Atlanta, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Leo's background in Risk Consulting will benefit his clients substantially in the planning and negotiation process. Narrowing his focus to industrial properties he will be working alongside Principals Brian Knowles, CCIM, SIOR, Kimberly Jacobsen, and Lee Fittipaldi.
