Leo’s journey into commercial real estate began in the late 1990s when he stepped in to assist his family with their commercial property portfolio. That pivotal moment not only led to his family’s most successful real estate transaction but also launched a career defined by excellence, innovation, and leadership. Early in his career, Leo rose through the ranks of a respected Chicago-based brokerage, where he became a top producer and later Vice President and Director. He spearheaded the creation of a commercial condominium division that grew from 200,000 to nearly 3 million square feet under his leadership—establishing one of the largest commercial condo brokerage operations in the country. In 2009, Leo founded Landmark Partners Commercial Real Estate, a firm built on the principles of integrity, mentorship, and elite client service. As Managing Broker and President, he cultivated a team of high-performing brokers and implemented a structured path for career growth, ensuring long-term success for both clients and associates. In 2020, Leo relocated to Arizona with the intent to expand Landmark Partners. However, recognizing the opportunity to lead the Arizona expansion of the globally respected Coldwell Banker Commercial brand, he accepted the role of Director. Since then, he has been instrumental in positioning Coldwell Banker Commercial as a dominant force in Arizona’s commercial real estate market. His efforts include placing top talent in key growth markets and mentoring the next generation of brokers. Leo’s expertise spans office, retail, industrial, medical, land, and investment properties, with successful transactions across the U.S. His bilingual fluency in English and Greek, combined with his relational approach and deep market insight, make him a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike.
