Leo Leighton

Leo Leighton joined Scannell in 2021 as a Development Associate and works with the Minneapolis team on built-to-suit and speculative development. Leo has responsibilities in all aspects of the development process, including site selection, acquisition, due diligence, and entitlements. Prior to joining Scannell, Leo worked in Real Estate and Development at Life Time with a focus on new club expansion. Leo graduated from University of Saint Thomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management and spent 5 years in Construction Project Manager/Business Development before transitioning to Real Estate and Development.
