Leland Prowse is active in all types of commercial property transactions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including acquisition, sales, and tenant/landlord representation. Since 1995, Leland has represented more than four million square feet in real estate transactions. Leland offers a proven track record for developing value-added real estate solutions for some of the country’s most dynamic corporations. He has extensive experience in providing a wide range of advisory and transaction services to clients both locally and on a national basis. Prior to joining Transwestern, Leland served as Principal at NAI Huff Partners for nine years until the firm’s merger with Transwestern in 2011. At the time of the merger, NAI Huff Partners was Tarrant County’s largest full service commercial real estate firm. Prior to NAI Huff Partners, Leland worked in the Fort Worth offices of Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis.
