Lee Winter

Mr. Winter is Senior Vice President, responsible for tenant representation and providing strategic real estate advisory services to JLL's corporate clients. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in Tampa Bay, Mr. Winter brings considerable local market knowledge and expertise in complex deal structure to JLL’s tenant representation team. His personal transactions have exceeded $750 million. Lee Winter was First Vice President at CBRE’s Tampa Office from 2003 to 2008. Prior to the Paragon Group Property Services, Inc.’s purchase by Insignia/ESG in 1996, he was Director of Leasing for Collier Enterprises, where he was responsible for leasing, marketing, and management in the Tampa Bay market. Lee’s most recent high profile transaction was the sale of the JP Morgan Chase 43 acre site and 135,000 square foot office building located in the Westshore Business District. Mr. Winter was awarded the NAIOP Broker Deal of the Year Award where he represented Walter Industries in their 80,000 square foot lease transaction for the relocation of their headquarters, along with the disposition of their 200,000 square foot former headquarters, in Tampa.
