Lee Singleton

Lee Singleton serves as an Associate Broker for Cape Fear Commercial. He brings a diligent, honest and informed perspective to commercial transactions. Lee prides himself on having exceptional communication skills and his ability to help clients navigate the challenges of the real estate market. In 2021, Lee completed over $16 million in sales and lease transactions. Notable assignments include the purchase of a 260-acre master planned development, the disposition of 24 rental homes and the sale of a 29,0000-square-foot former grocery store for medical warehousing. As a third-generation broker, Lee has real estate in his blood. He is one of four in his immediate family to hold a North Carolina real estate license and attributes his thorough understanding of the industry to his exposure from an early age. Prior to joining the firm on a full-time basis, Lee worked for three summers as an intern in Cape Fear Commercial’s Brokerage, Development and Marketing Departments. During that time, he also attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington, later earning a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business.
