Lee Simon

Philip Simon is Principal and Co-Founder of S2 Development. Phil graduated from Denver University with a degree in real estate and construction management. Prior to co-founding S2, Phil worked for Bradco Supply, one of the nation’s largest distributors of building materials. At S2, Phil is responsible for overseeing the entire development process from inception to sales. Phil’s knowledge of construction material and background in material acquisition are vital to S2’s new developments.
