These clients represent properties for Federal Agencies such as the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, USDA, and HUD. We also provide services for large corporate entities such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. For Fannie Mae alone, we are their exclusive listing agency for a 70 county area in MN, SD and IA. With over 90 agents, we have the team that can handle any type of property, whether commercial, residential, recreational, investment, or land - we are the team for job.
