Lee Gantt
Lee is the Director of Land Services for Colliers and has extensive experience in the acquisition, development, and disposition of raw land
Since becoming licensed in 2006 Lee has gained 16 years of comprehensive real estate knowledge and experience. Prior to joining Colliers, Lee spent over a decade serving as a land broker for Southeastern Land Group and also worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for Integra Realty Resources. Throughout his career, Lee has listed and sold thousands of acres with a multitude of intended uses. He was also responsible for performing valuations on hundreds of properties with a total volume in excess of 1.5B. Through his experience through property valuation and brokerage, Lee gained vast knowledge in a variety of properties including single-family residential, multi-family apartment and condominium, retail, office, industrial, vacant land, recreational land, timber/agricultural land, subdivisions, conservation easements, condemnation, litigation, real estate trust, and mixed-use properties.
