Lee Fein

Lee Fein is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He started selling houses in 1972 then transitioned to specializing in commercial properties in 1984. He has worked in and is very knowledgeable of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs including South Jersey. He also has worked extensively in Northeast Pennsylvania, Reading, Lehigh Valley and all points in between. His focus is the industrial sector, but he has a wide range of experience in other real estate including land sales, office sales and leasing tenant rep and retail. Over his career he has worked for local, regional, national and international companies. Lee has represented clients such as General Mills, Universal Forest Products, Wegmans, Karchner Logistics, Bimbo Bakeries USA, Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Old Castle Precast and Leggett & Platt, to name a few. Lee and his wife have lived in Warrington Township, Bucks County for over 45 years. They have two children, and five grandchildren. Lee served two years as a Warrington Township Supervisor and ten years on the township planning commission.
