Lee Black

Prior to joining NAI Nashville, Lee worked with the Nashville office CBRE and was a member of the Special Properties Group. Lee started his career in commercial real estate with the Nashville office of Grubb & Ellis, where he specialized in industrial real estate sales and leasing. Having been in the industrial field for more than 18 years, Mr. Black has represented a wide range of clients including APL Logistics, Square D / Schneider Electric, Cardinal Health, HD Supply, Fujifilm, Eastern Foam Product Company, Parker Hannifan Corp., Benchmark Electronics, BAX Global Logistics, Gibson USA, Emerson Electric, Bridgestone / Firestone, HP, Oberto Brands and Penske Leasing.
